Very nice, but....

There are some avoidable imperfections like for example, the nose ring looks like a cheap keychain ring picked off the floor, and it doesnt match the necklace which shows style and mild sophistication, and the nostrils are disturbingly small, also the mouth is tilted at a very awkward angle to the chin, if she'd tried to make it like that it'd wrinkle the face and would even take a different position.
on the good side i lOVE the shading and the style, the hair is brilliant, the neck...armpit's abit wierd and flat, but you did a rly nice and sharp job with the collar bone =D

The problem with live models is that they have a tendancy to move a bit, especially facial orientation, so when one part gets more or less set the other parts move. Normally I would just make the correction without using how it really is, but in this case she did have a slightly crooked mouth, maybe not that extreme, but it was slanted. As for the nose ring, bad choice of jewelry on her part, it pretty much was just one of those key chain rings.

Should be really awesome once you do, also is it just me or the head's too small?

Quite good

Shading is quite decent, but you should work a lot on your perspective and geometry if you wanna make a believable building
